Gay rights

I support gay marriage. I don't see whats so wrong about it. To me the definition of marriage is this. A heart+a heart+love=marriage. Seems simple right? So why do gay people have to fight for it? It should be for anyone. Gender should not matter. I think it is ridiculous how people say it ruins the "tradition" of marriage. That is a load of crap if you ask me. I have tons of gay friends, and they are thee most amazing people I know. They are honest and loving and caring and trustworthy. I could not ask for better friends!

Also, I don't understand where people get off saying that it's a choice.... Why on earth would someone choose to be hated and ridiculed by everyone who is afraid of what is different? Seriously... This makes me so sad. I wish there was something more I could do...

  1. gosh i know what you mean about the whole "choice" thing. i was watching a discussion on "Tyra Banks Show" where they compared being gay to being black [with the whole racism thing]and one lady said something along the lines of "African Americans did not to choose to be born as such, but gay people have a choice" its ridiculous gays and transgenders had as much of a choice to be born gay [or in transgender cases male/female] as much as i had a choice to be white! its ridiculous. so yeah, thumbs up on this one.
